Program Description
Cisco
Learning Network Space (CLNSp) is a platform for our authorized
learning partners to be able to manage and obtain digital courseware to
distribute to their students. For the students, this platform is used to
be able to redeem and access their learning content.
What’s Available for Purchase on the Learning Store (Gilmore) and
Cisco Learning Lab Scheduler (CLL) for Cisco Learning Partners
All orders submitted are final. No refunds, exchanges,
transfers or cancellations allowed.
Requesting access to the Active Course Product List
Access to the active course product list is restricted to authorized
Learning Partners. If you require access, please submit a case at Learning@Cisco
Centralized Support
Click on “Login” (upper right corner), log in with your email
address associated with your Cisco.com ID
Click on “My Cases”
Select “Open a Case
From the “Manually Select Products” list, select “Cisco
Learning Network”
Enter Title: Request access to the Learning Partner Resource
Portal
Your LP site must be onboarded to the CLNS platform and the
LPMS Sys Admin for your site must designate a CLNSp Admin in LPMS to
manage/distribute your digital student kits (access codes).
Please follow the instructions below:
A valid Cisco ID is required for access and must be associated
with the Learning Partner in Partner Self-Service www.cisco.com/go/pss.
If you do not have a Cisco Account, please create one by
visiting this page.
If you already have a Cisco Account and are experiencing
any issue with it, please refer to Login and Account
Help.
Login to the CLNSp, https://learningspace.cisco.com
using your Cisco ID. After you have logged in, your credentials
will be registered.
Select the Login link at the upper right corner on the
landing page,
Login with your Cisco Account.
Select "My cases" at the upper right corner on the
landing page,
Select "Open a Case".
Under "Manually Select Products", select "Learning Store
Programs (Gilmore)".
Enter details of your issue/concern, click Submit.

Please note the current LP admins are responsible for alerting Cisco when an LP Admin leaves their company by removing the user from the account profile in LPMS. Cisco is not responsible for any actions done by former employees of LPs who still have access to the Cisco Learning Network Space.

Requirements in order to access the digital student
kit content and use the application’s features
successfully.
